A water based coating, using zinc and aluminium flakes, unlike other painted drums resulting in the eradication of solvents and hydrogen embrittlement.
Better corrosion protection for the entire brake brake including the surface and inner vein structure, resulting in better thermal exchange within the braking cycle.
Hassle free clean fitment. The need to clean the brake drums surface is a thing of the past, no need to inspect the drum for rust particles or handle oily surfaces. Simply unpack and install.
Premium coated brake drums offer the looks, quality, functionality and a market leading range.

Fully effective braking performance is guaranteed from the first application, the surface coating will fade resulting in a polished braking surface, with no impact on shoes life.
Protection against scratching, corrosion and oxidation differentiate drums from partially coated oil based alternatives, which offer aesthetic appearance, but don’t offer full disc protection.
Solvent resistant offering protection against petrol, oil, brake fluid, anti-freeze, alloy wheel cleaner and power steering fluid.
No risk of human contamination that can occur through partial masking in the production cycle.
