A to Z Motor Spares began with nothing but a small corner shop, a big dream, and an even bigger passion for cars. Back in 1989, after 35 years of exporting automotive parts to the Asian subcontinent, Mr. Suleman opened our very first retail store in the heart of Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. His vision? To build something long-lasting for his two sons — Amin and Zaheer — the very “A to Z” that gave our company its name.
What started as a modest family-run shop quickly gained a reputation for trust, quality, and unbeatable customer service. Word spread fast. Local garages, car enthusiasts, and everyday drivers started turning to us — not just for parts, but for expert advice, fair prices, and a team that truly understood what cars meant to people.
As demand grew, so did we.
From that tight little unit, we expanded step by step, eventually moving into a huge, fully-stocked unit in Dewsbury, where we now serve thousands of customers every year — both in-store and online. Our warehouse is now packed with everything from performance upgrades to essential replacement parts, serving not just the mechanic trade, but weekend warriors and DIY heroes alike.
Decades on, we’re still a family-run business. We haven’t forgotten our roots. Our journey from a backstreet shop to one of the United Kingdom’s most recognised motor spares brands is built on passion, trust, and relentless dedication to our customers.
