We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs.
Any returns after this time may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part.This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
